The Cornell Lab of Ornithology has a YouTube channel that has lots of short videos about birds in their natural habitats. The videos offer trainees with another method to see and hear a variety of birds.
Clicking on a bird will open a side pane that includes information about that birds environment and practices. Merlin Bird ID is another tool that could assist trainees recognize birds.
