C-SPAN Classrooms collection of Supreme Court lesson plans is divided into 4 sections. All of the lesson prepares follow the same structure of utilizing video clips from C-SPANs library to discuss an idea and present or court case followed by a set of conversation questions for students to answer.
The Supreme Court Cases area includes lesson plans covering more than thirty landmark cases including Marbury v. Madison, Plessy v. Fergusson, Dred Scott v. Sandford, and Miranda v. Arizona.
