Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three trainees throughout the United States are acknowledged for innovative services to environmental and social issues as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Excellent Obstacle. Working individually or in teams of 2-4, high school trainees across the country developed 60-90 2nd videos describing innovative services to social or environmental issues.

The annual obstacle constructs upon a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education educational program– Innovation Generation– firing up, engaging, and empowering trainees to end up being innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees collaboration, problem resolving, and creativity.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge groups and valuing are as follows:

First Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
