Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

The annual challenge builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– firing up, engaging, and empowering students to become innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world explorations of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees collaboration, issue fixing, and creativity.

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three trainees throughout the United States are acknowledged for ingenious options to environmental and societal concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Producing Great Difficulty. Working separately or in teams of 2-4, high school students nationwide developed 60-90 2nd videos outlining innovative services to ecological or societal problems.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and valuing are as follows:

Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack

Esha A., a 11th grader from Wake County Northwester School District in Raleigh, NC.

Jiwoong P., a 12th grader from Westminster School in Simsbury, CT
