Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 trainees across the United States are acknowledged for ingenious solutions to environmental and social issues as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Excellent Difficulty. Working individually or in groups of 2-4, high school trainees across the country created 60-90 2nd videos laying out ingenious solutions to social or environmental problems.

The yearly difficulty builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering students to become innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world explorations of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees partnership, issue fixing, and creativity.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and treasuring are as follows:

First Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
