Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 trainees across the United States are recognized for ingenious solutions to ecological and social problems as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Excellent Difficulty. Working individually or in groups of 2-4, high school trainees across the country developed 60-90 second videos detailing ingenious options to environmental or social problems.

The yearly obstacle builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering trainees to become innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees cooperation, issue solving, and creative thinking.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and valuing are as follows:

First Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
