Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three trainees across the United States are acknowledged for ingenious services to ecological and social problems as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Good Difficulty. Working individually or in groups of 2-4, high school trainees across the country produced 60-90 second videos detailing innovative solutions to social or ecological issues.

The annual difficulty develops upon a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– firing up, engaging, and empowering students to become innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees cooperation, issue resolving, and imaginative thinking.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and treasuring are as follows:

First Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
