Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 trainees across the United States are acknowledged for innovative services to societal and environmental concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Great Difficulty. Working individually or in groups of 2-4, high school students across the country produced 60-90 second videos laying out ingenious solutions to environmental or societal problems.

The yearly challenge builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering students to end up being innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates students partnership, problem solving, and imaginative thinking.

Esha A., a 11th grader from Wake County Northwester School District in Raleigh, NC.
