Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 students throughout the United States are acknowledged for innovative solutions to societal and ecological problems as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Producing Great Difficulty. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school trainees across the country developed 60-90 second videos describing ingenious solutions to societal or ecological problems.

The annual difficulty builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering trainees to become innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates students cooperation, problem fixing, and creativity.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and prizing are as follows:

Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
