Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

The annual obstacle builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– firing up, engaging, and empowering trainees to become innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates students collaboration, issue fixing, and creativity.

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three trainees across the United States are recognized for ingenious services to environmental and societal concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Great Challenge. Working individually or in teams of 2-4, high school students across the country produced 60-90 2nd videos laying out ingenious options to social or ecological issues.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge groups and valuing are as follows:

First Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack

Nehal S., a 9th grader from Coppell Independent School District in Coppell, TX.

eSchool Media personnel cover education technology in all its elements– from legislation and lawsuits, to best practices, to lessons found out and new products.
