Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three trainees across the United States are recognized for ingenious solutions to ecological and societal problems as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Producing Excellent Challenge. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school students nationwide produced 60-90 2nd videos outlining innovative services to environmental or societal problems.

The yearly challenge builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering students to end up being innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates students cooperation, issue solving, and innovative thinking.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge groups and treasuring are as follows:

Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
