Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 students throughout the United States are acknowledged for ingenious solutions to social and environmental issues as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Good Challenge. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school students nationwide developed 60-90 2nd videos laying out ingenious options to environmental or social issues.

The yearly difficulty builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education curriculum– Innovation Generation– sparking, engaging, and empowering trainees to end up being innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates students cooperation, problem fixing, and creative thinking.
