Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 trainees across the United States are acknowledged for innovative services to ecological and social concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Producing Great Challenge. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school students nationwide produced 60-90 second videos outlining innovative services to environmental or societal issues.

The annual difficulty builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education educational program– Innovation Generation– igniting, engaging, and empowering students to become innovators through no-cost vibrant digital resources. Through real-world expeditions of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees collaboration, issue resolving, and innovative thinking.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge groups and treasuring are as follows:

Reward: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack

Nehal S., a 9th grader from Coppell Independent School District in Coppell, TX.
