Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, three students across the United States are recognized for ingenious options to social and environmental concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Making for Great Obstacle. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school trainees across the country developed 60-90 second videos detailing innovative solutions to societal or environmental issues.

The annual difficulty develops upon a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education academic program– Innovation Generation– igniting, engaging, and empowering trainees to become innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world explorations of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees cooperation, problem fixing, and creativity.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge teams and treasuring are as follows:

Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack
