Erica Soares Tavares, instructor of the winning team, shares the impact made on her trainees: “It was a huge surprise to get to the finals. Its like winning the World Cup, but for robotics! The sensation for the trainees is priceless. Besides their individual abilities and the technical competence, were also strengthening robotics in the school, robotics in SESI, in our country. We see that its working, were on the right path. And this is the lasting impact I see.”

Katia Aparecida Marangon Barbosa, Technological Education Manager in SESI, sees a direct connection in between SESI trainees CoderZ experience and the future task market requires: “The abilities the trainees develop of team effort and harmonizing, each one with their own differences, but with the ability to interact– this is a differential. Its a required ability in the market.”.
