As a leading school network in Brazil and Latin America, SESI executes innovative solutions to meet its vision. One of them is CoderZ, a gamified coding platform that makes it simple for anybody to learn, teach, and contend, utilizing robots to bring STEM to life!

Between October 2021 and January 2022, over 50 teams from throughout Brazil took part in the CoderZ League, an international virtual robotics competitors. All teams collaborated to solve objectives and challenges, while the top competitors advanced to the Brazilian playoffs. Team Takamassa Numuro, from SESI Crixás in Goiás (GO), advanced to the world championship which was transmitted live to audiences from all over the world.

CoderZ is an online code-learning platform that uses 3D robotics to bring coding and STEM learning to life. Produced by computer system programmers, robotics designers, researchers, engineers, gamers, teachers, and mathematicians, the business designs tech-based solutions that bring whats next in computer science to schools everywhere. By blending computational and important thinking with real-world problem-solving, CoderZ helps kids establish the abilities theyll require beyond the class in a technology-driven future.

Erica Soares Tavares, instructor of the winning group, shares the impact made on her trainees: “It was a big surprise to get to the finals. The feeling for the students is valuable. Their individual skills and the technical proficiency, were also strengthening robotics in the school, robotics in SESI, in our nation.
