SESI Kids Win Big! SESI Crixas TEAM from Brazil Are CoderZ League Champions in the Global Virtual Coding & Robotics Competition

CoderZ is an online code-learning platform that uses 3D robotics to bring coding and STEM learning to life. Developed by computer system developers, robotics designers, researchers, engineers, players, mathematicians, and teachers, the company develops tech-based solutions that bring whats next in computer technology to schools everywhere. By blending computational and critical thinking with real-world problem-solving, CoderZ helps kids develop the abilities theyll need beyond the class in a technology-driven future.

eSchool Media staff cover education innovation in all its aspects– from legislation and lawsuits, to best practices, to lessons discovered and new products. First published in March of 1998 as a regular monthly print and digital paper, eSchool Media provides the news and information needed to help K-20 decision-makers effectively utilize technology and innovation to transform colleges and schools and achieve their educational objectives.

DERRY, N.H– Feb. 23, 2022– SESI, Brazils Social Service of Industry (SESI), had a vision: To gear up the kids in their network of more than 400 schools in all 27 states with the technological skills, knowledge, and tools to end up being the leaders of tomorrow– the period of Industry 4.0.

Katia Aparecida Marangon Barbosa, Technological Education Manager in SESI, sees a direct correlation between SESI students CoderZ experience and the future job market requires: “The skills the students develop of teamwork and harmonizing, every one with their own distinctions, but with the ability to collaborate– this is a differential. Its a needed skill in the market.”.

Erica Soares Tavares, teacher of the winning team, shares the impact made on her trainees: “It was a big surprise to get to the finals. Its like winning the World Cup, but for robotics! The feeling for the trainees is invaluable. Their personal abilities and the technical proficiency, were also strengthening robotics in the school, robotics in SESI, in our country. We notice that its working, were on the ideal path. And this is the enduring impact I see.”
