Weebly for Education hasnt had any updates in a couple of years so its not surprising that it is being shut down. I constantly liked the service and found it to be a great way for teachers to develop their own sites. It provided a good method for students to create their own websites that instructors might actively keep track of. But all good ideas come to an end. Now that Weebly for Education is closing and Google has formally omitted Blogger from Google Workspace for Education (for those under 18), the just great blogging option for students that I can advise now is Edublogs unless you desire to go the path of self-hosting.
