Sea Turtles 101 is a video from National Geographics 101 series. As you may expect, the video covers the basics of the life and evolution of sea turtles, the number and type of sea turtles, recreation of sea turtles, and the environmental difficulties dealing with sea turtles today. While not extremely engaging, the video is brief and useful.

When I was inspecting the weather condition projection on, previously this week
NOAA.gov I saw a banner announcing that
this week is Sea Turtle Week. Prior to that I didnt know that there is a Sea Turtle Week. None-the-less it reminded me of the time that I experienced sea turtles nesting in Costa Rica and it triggered me to take a look at some resources for teaching and finding out about sea turtles. Heres what I discovered.
