Google Arts and Culture Turtle Stories
Google Arts and Culture provides this collection of images and videos about five various kinds of sea turtles found off the coast of Brazil. The imagery is great however the collection is a little light on information.

When I was examining the weather projection on, earlier this week
NOAA.gov I noticed a banner revealing that
today is Sea Turtle Week. Prior to that I didnt understand that there is a Sea Turtle Week. None-the-less it reminded me of the time that I witnessed sea turtles nesting in Costa Rica and it triggered me to take a look at some resources for teaching and finding out about sea turtles. Heres what I found.

Sea Turtles 101

Sea Turtles 101 is a video from National Geographics 101 series. As you might anticipate, the video covers the essentials of the life and evolution of sea turtles, the number and sort of sea turtles, reproduction of sea turtles, and the environmental difficulties facing sea turtles today. While not terribly appealing, the video is informative and short.

7 Sea Turtle Facts
7 Sea Turtle Facts is a helpful page released by NOAA. The page consists of a number of videos about sea turtle environment, life, and ecological obstacles facing sea turtles.
