Google Arts and Culture provides this collection of imagery and videos about 5 different types of sea turtles discovered off the coast of Brazil. The images is great however the collection is a little light on info.

Sea Turtles 101 is a video from National Geographics 101 series. As you may anticipate, the video covers the basics of the life and advancement of sea turtles, the number and type of sea turtles, recreation of sea turtles, and the environmental obstacles dealing with sea turtles today. While not awfully appealing, the video is brief and informative.

this week is Sea Turtle Week. Prior to that I didnt understand that there is a Sea Turtle Week. None-the-less it reminded me of the time that I experienced sea turtles nesting in Costa Rica and it prompted me to look at some resources for teaching and learning more about sea turtles. Heres what I found.
