When I was checking the weather condition forecast on, previously this week
NOAA.gov I discovered a banner announcing that
today is Sea Turtle Week. Prior to that I didnt know that there is a Sea Turtle Week. None-the-less it reminded me of the time that I experienced sea turtles nesting in Costa Rica and it prompted me to look at some resources for teaching and learning more about sea turtles. Heres what I found.

As you may expect, the video covers the essentials of the life and development of sea turtles, the number and kind of sea turtles, recreation of sea turtles, and the ecological difficulties facing sea turtles today. While not extremely interesting, the video is informative and short.
