Prior to that I didnt know that there is a Sea Turtle Week. None-the-less it reminded me of the time that I saw sea turtles nesting in Costa Rica and it triggered me to look at some resources for teaching and learning about sea turtles.

Sea Turtles 101 is a video from National Geographics 101 series. As you may anticipate, the video covers the essentials of the life and development of sea turtles, the number and sort of sea turtles, recreation of sea turtles, and the ecological challenges facing sea turtles today. While not awfully interesting, the video is short and helpful.
