If You Care About Copyright, Stop Using Blog Lovin’

As long time fans of my blog and Twitter account know, copyright is a topic that I am enthusiastic about. Thats largely due to the amount of websites that steal my deal with a daily basis. Some of them, like the popular Bloglovin service, claim that theyre not doing anything incorrect and are really assisting blog writers get more direct exposure. Both of those claims are false..

Bloglovin isnt assisting blog writers at all. By republishing whole articles without consent theyre breaching the initial authors copyright. By republishing whole posts they are removing any reward to go to the real source of the short article which negates Bloglovins claim that theyre assisting bloggers get more direct exposure..
Google concurs with me on this as evidenced by the truth that every time I submit a DMCA takedown notification with Google they get rid of the angering Bloglovin URL from their index..
I made a brief, ranting video about this Bloglovin problem. You can see it here if you like. In either case, stop using Bloglovin to read blog site posts and rather utilize a service like Feedly which does things right or just visit your preferred blog sites directly..
