If You Care About Copyright, Stop Using Blog Lovin’

Bloglovin isnt helping bloggers at all. By republishing whole articles without permission theyre violating the initial authors copyright. Furthermore, by republishing whole posts they are removing any incentive to go to the actual source of the short article which negates Bloglovins claim that theyre helping blog writers get more exposure..
Google concurs with me on this as evidenced by the reality that each time I submit a DMCA takedown notification with Google they eliminate the angering Bloglovin URL from their index..
I made a brief, ranting video about this Bloglovin concern. If you like, you can watch it here. Either way, stop using Bloglovin to check out blog site posts and rather use a service like Feedly which does things best or just visit your preferred blogs straight..

As long time fans of my blog and Twitter account understand, copyright is a topic that I am enthusiastic about. Some of them, like the popular Bloglovin service, claim that theyre not doing anything incorrect and are in fact assisting bloggers get more direct exposure.
