Google Sites can be a fantastic platform for trainees to use to keep digital portfolios. In fact, I did that in 2015 with my computer technology concepts students. The difficulty for a teacher when students utilize Google Sites for portfolios is tracking updates to those portfolios..

The technique that I created to keep an eye on updates that students made to their Google Sites was to produce a weekly upgrade assignment in Google Classroom. In this brief video I demonstrate how to keep an eye on updates to trainees Google Sites by utilizing Google Classroom projects. The video shows a teachers viewpoint and it reveals a trainees point of view of this technique..
