How to Quickly Record Voice and Video Messages in Gmail

Often it is simpler, quicker, and more reliable to record a video or audio reply to an email than it is to type a response. When I get asked for technical assistance it is frequently much faster and more reliable to create a screencast video than it is to compose directions.

Sending out an audio message in reaction to an e-mail can be beneficial when you need to use some voice inflection to provide significance that you may not be able to deliver with just text. This is especially real when responding to students who are still developing their reading abilities or when replying to parents whose very first language isnt your own.
