How a former music teacher approaches school leadership and learning

The pandemic has taught us that change is unavoidable, however being prepared can set a school apart. Its important to bring together research study and outside learning tools to a group that is always making every effort and driving in the same instructions. As a principal, Im enthusiastic about what lies ahead for our school and district after a year of adjustments.

Like the characters in the Ron Clark book, Move Your Bus, we are all individually and jointly moving together to reach a favorable objective. As a previous music instructor, I see it as a managed process where all members, from school management to teachers to custodial staff, recognize their function, value, and vibrant in the schools general symphony. It takes communication, organized team effort, and a belief in modern data-driven approaches to bring forth finding out success.
