Google Arts & Culture in the Classroom

I wanted to make sure that you knew whatever about this excellent brand-new tool, like how to bring the artist, the places, and historic occasions ideal to your trainees fingertips. I was surprised at seeing how Van Goghs art altered so substantially over the course of his life time.
When you navigate to Google Arts and Culture, notice all the things you can explore– artists, mediums, art motions, historic events, historic figures, places. When I pick Artists and select Van Gogh, I have the option of sorting by popularity, timeline, or even color.

Recently, I was lucky enough to visit the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. I was surprised at seeing how Van Goghs art altered so substantially throughout his life time.

You and your trainees do not need to go to Amsterdam to discover this any longer.

When you navigate to Google Arts and Culture, discover all the things you can explore– artists, mediums, art motions, historical occasions, historic figures, places. When I pick Artists and select Van Gogh, I have the option of sorting by popularity, timeline, and even color. With the few clicks of a mouse, you can quickly see how Van Goghs work has developed in time.
Google Arts and Culture allows you to check out whatever from the Taj Mahal to astronaut John Glenn and the 9/11 attacks. It offers a lot of videos and visuals in an easy-to-navigate format to assist improve your trainees knowing.
