St. Helena Highs cooking classroom includes six full industrial kitchens, and the instructor is Chef Karl Turner III. Initially, the trainees collected around the outside of one cooking area to watch the expert chef prepare and plate the premium dishes. Now, a NAV Pro AVoIP system ties three broadcast-quality 4K HDMI PTZ electronic cameras to the existing 55″ display screens, along with supplies material to the streaming system. An Extron NAV E 101 encoder installed with each electronic camera shares video from the chefs grill/range station and the 2 food preparation stations.
