St. Helena Highs cooking class consists of six full commercial kitchens, and the instructor is Chef Karl Turner III. Originally, the students collected around the beyond one kitchen to enjoy the expert chef prepare and plate the premium dishes. Now, a NAV Pro AVoIP system ties three broadcast-quality 4K HDMI PTZ electronic cameras to the existing 55″ display screens, as well as supplies material to the streaming system.
