St. Helena Highs cooking classroom includes 6 full business cooking areas, and the trainer is Chef Karl Turner III. Originally, the students gathered around the beyond one kitchen to view the professional chef prepare and plate the premium dishes. Now, a NAV Pro AVoIP system ties 3 broadcast-quality 4K HDMI PTZ cameras to the existing 55″ display screens, along with supplies content to the streaming system.
