St. Helena Highs cooking class consists of 6 full commercial kitchen areas, and the instructor is Chef Karl Turner III. Originally, the students gathered around the outside of one kitchen area to see the professional chef prepare and plate the premium meals. Now, a NAV Pro AVoIP system ties three broadcast-quality 4K HDMI PTZ video cameras to the existing 55″ displays, in addition to offers material to the streaming system.
