In the affidavit, Bhardwaj said that to standardise the marking, the “total marks awarded must remain in consonance with the past performance of the school in Class XII Board Examinations”.

But the bench stated “we have actually already accepted the decision taken by the concerned Boards to cancel XII standard assessment and had placed it on record on the previous date”.
