A Reason to Have Students Conduct Traceroutes Even if You’re Not a Computer Science Teacher

Back in November I.
released a video about using the ping command on a Windows computer system. The factor for that was to show a simple approach to examine if a site is down or if there is a problem on your end..

Using the ping command in the command prompt window on your computer system might look like something just computer system science instructors and students should do, but the reality is that any instructor or trainee can take advantage of understanding how to do it. Running a traceroute may seem like something just a computer science teacher or trainee must know how to do, but its really something that anybody can benefit from knowing how to do..
A traceroute reveals you the hops or connection points in between your computer and the location (frequently a site). Run a couple of traceroutes with your students and see if theyre shocked by what they see.
