Chromes examine tool offers an excellent way for trainees to see how the code of a website works. I typically had my ninth grade coding students do that in 2015.

You can also use the examine tool to change a post online to make it a satire story. Then print the page and provide it to your students to try to identify the satire components of the story.

The inspect tool in Chrome lets you see the code behind any web page and modification that code to show anything that you desire in place of the original text and images. Watch this brief video to see how it works.
