It’s Patriots’ Day! Resources for Learning About the Start of the American Revolution

Images of the Revolutionary War is a collection of images about the Revolutionary War. The images in the collection chronicle the stirrings of disobedience in the pre-revolution years, the war from both American and British viewpoints, and occasions following the Revolutionary War.

Developing Google Earth trips of Revolutionary War field of honor is an activity that I did for several years with my U.S. History students. Trainees would create multimedia placemarks for each battle in series. The placemarks consisted of information about the result and significance of each battle.
