The largest school district in the state closes schools when the wind chill is -40 degrees or the temperature level is -25 degrees, and periodically, the Governor will close all schools. When trainees are stuck inside, we understand how long winter season can be. They get uneasy, have plenty of energy, and may struggle to regulate their behavior. These aspects can make mentor and learning tough.
