Stanley Black & Decker and Discovery Education Announce 2021 Making for Good Challenge Winners

The annual difficulty builds on a Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education instructional program– Innovation Generation– firing up, engaging, and empowering trainees to become innovators through no-cost dynamic digital resources. Through real-world explorations of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Innovation Generation cultivates trainees cooperation, problem fixing, and creativity.

Silver Spring, Md. (Thursday, April 29, 2021)– Today, 3 students across the United States are recognized for innovative options to environmental and societal concerns as winners of the Stanley Black & & Decker and Discovery Education 2021 Producing Great Obstacle. Working separately or in groups of 2-4, high school students nationwide produced 60-90 second videos describing ingenious solutions to societal or environmental problems.

The winning 2021 Making for Good Challenge groups and valuing are as follows:

Prize: $15,000 and a Stanley Black & & Decker Prize Pack

Jiwoong P., a 12th grader from Westminster School in Simsbury, CT

Nehal S., a 9th grader from Coppell Independent School District in Coppell, TX.
